Schedule: Monday-Wednesday (Preferred but family can be flexible for the right candidate)
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Job Description:
This family is looking for a long-term nanny that will be part of the family! The start date is ASAP. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking nanny to care for two children, a 3 year old girl and a 1 year old boy. Both children are very active, sweet and ready for an adventure and learning. The ideal candidate will be schedule oriented, play with the children, give warm hugs, play in the backyard, use gentle parenting, limit cellphone usage, be compassionate and adventurous, and loving. The family will provide use of the family car for activities such as: the aquarium, beach, pool, museums, classes, parks and activities. The ideal candidate should have experience with setting up daily activities that have an educational structure and willing to use homeschool educational programs to further the experience provided by the family. Parents work from home on a separate floor and are aware of respecting the nanny’s work hours. The family is seeking someone committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment and providing love to their children.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Care:
Attend to the basic needs of the children, including feeding well balanced and healthy meals, diapering/bathroom, and maintaining a consistent nap schedule. Monitor and ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times. The family would like a nanny to be phone free as much as possible for the hours working and step in and be with the children as they would themselves.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience and expertise in caring for toddlers and children.
Knowledge of child development and milestones. Experience with setting up daily activities that have an educational structure and willingness to use homeschool educational programs.
Pet Care:
Comfortable with pets as a dog might be added in the future.
Household Tasks:
Willingness to assist with light household tasks, such as child-related laundry, maintaining a clean and organized playroom, prep the children’s food, emptying and filling the dishwasher.
Communication:
Provide regular updates to parents regarding the children's activities, milestones, and any concerns.
Flexibility:
Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the children and the family.
Ability to be flexible with the schedule if needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Proven experience in caring for young children, with references.
Reliability:
Punctual and reliable attendance is crucial.
CPR and First Aid Certification:
Mandatory.
Background Check:
Successful completion of a background check.
Positive Attitude:
Maintain a positive and nurturing demeanor.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation to and from the family's residence. When with the children a car will be provided.

Compensation: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
6 PTO days, 3 Health & Wellness days
